Allan is the Commercial and Finance Manager at Hawkins, providing commercial leadership, direction, governance and support to all regions and projects for Hawkins across NZ.He is also a Fellow member of NZIQS and AMINZ and a chartered member of the RICS. Allan had the opportunity to work with several private and public organization to assist clients in their business transformation towards a more sustainable path.With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working on all types of build and contracts in the UK and New Zealand, Allan offers excellent coaching and mentoring; he is a strong leader who enjoys working directly with the people in the business.
